Falcon Green are working alongside a Principle Contractor that specializes in high end residential projects looking for a Working Foreman. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long term opportunity.
The successful candidate will join a £40m project with 200 units currently at the shell & core stage. This would be a January start should your application be successful.
Working Foreman Responsibilities :
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
Working Foreman Requirements :
Previous experience in a foreman/supervisory role
High-end work experience will help boost your application
Carpentry background preferred
Active CSCS card and other relevant tickets
