You’ll also contribute to the collaborative spirit of the team by working closely with the daytime DP specialist and PA team. Key responsibilities include:Creating, formatting, and amending complex legal documentsConverting, comparing, and proofreading documents with meticulous attention to detailApplying advanced styles, templates, and cross-references to ensure consistency and accuracyTroubleshooting technical issues with documents and liaising with IT where necessaryManaging urgent requests and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlinesActing as the primary evening DP contact in London, liaising with attorneys, partners, and US colleaguesProviding occasional weekend and overtime cover when requiredUpholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsWhat we’re looking for:Extensive DP experience (5+ years) within a law firm - essentialStrong technical skills and expert in Microsoft Office and softwaresExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality controlSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyExcellent communication skills across time zones and with senior stakeholdersResilient, solutions-focused, and a friendly team playerThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious international law firm where you’ll enjoy independence and responsibility.
