We believe that service is always the main focus. The mission is to lead, recruit and educate the Service team in order to deliver overwhelming service - every day, to every guest. We are happy, loving and great hosts, who are experts in confirming and seeing our guests. You create the conditions and make sure the team grows, delivers and are focused on the right thing at the right time. You make sure that the venue operates according to Boulebar standards, with full insight and knowledge of our products, service principles and service system. Together with the other guild managers you work as a team towards your venue targets.

* You are a Manager and you really want to lead!
* You have deep restaurant knowledge
* You have an eye for detail and seeing things from the guest’s perspective
* You have deep knowledge of our products and how to sell and serve
* You are a master at schedule, hours & pace
* You have good knowledge about how Boulebar works, business principles, organisation, tools, brand and product
Tasks:
* Recruit, schedule and educate your shift, waiters and runners
* You are responsible for your team’s development through daily guiding, overall inspiration and development tasks/goals
* You will be present at your Boulebar by working in service. Here you can coach your team while identifying their strengths and weaknesses
* You arrange education for your guild members
* You are responsible for the restaurant environment
* You participate in the weekly meetings with your management team and once a week with the Service Managers. You are active in the chat where all Service Managers discuss certain topics and learn from each other
* You are a Teamplayer - You help out! It may happen that you get to help in other areas or functions of the business if there is a need
