The Role
As Business Studies Teacher, you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to Post-16 Business depending on experience and timetable. The curriculum is designed to help students develop strong commercial awareness alongside the analytical and evaluative skills needed for exam success.
Students explore a wide range of topics including:
* Business aims, ownership and organisation
* Marketing and market research
* Finance, budgeting and cash flow
* Operations and supply chains
* Human resources and leadership
* External influences such as technology, ethics and global markets
Lessons are structured to develop students’ ability to apply theory to real contexts, interpret data, evaluate decisions and write well-structured answers using evidence and business terminology.
