Job Description
3. Oversee and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
5. Coordinate health and safety training for staff members.
6. Act as the main point of contact for any health and safety-related issues.
7. Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all health and safety activities.
8. Work closely with the Facilities Management team to identify potential hazards.
9. Regularly update staff and management on health and safety matters.
10. Participate in management meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Health and Safety Administrator should have:
11. A strong background in Facilities Management.
12. Excellent organisational skills.
13. Proficiency in managing health and safety records.
