As Agile Delivery Lead for our Data Team, you’ll be the driving force behind turning data into decisions. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, analysts, and scientists to deliver smart, scalable data products—from pipelines and dashboards to machine learning models and governance frameworks. You’ll keep things moving, remove blockers, and make sure we’re always focused on what matters most: delivering real value to the business. Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
You’ll keep delivery on track across our data squads—whether it’s engineers, analysts, scientists or BI devs—making sure outputs land smoothly and add real value. You’ll work with leads to prioritise the right stuff, align with wider tech teams, and keep things moving at pace. From gathering clear requirements to running agile ceremonies and sprint planning, you’ll bring structure without slowing us down. You’ll track progress, spot risks early, and make sure quality’s baked in. And when something’s not working? You’ll fix it fast—always looking for smarter ways to deliver.
