About the Role
The Senior Scheduler will take full ownership of developing and managing the programme schedule, ensuring alignment with project controls and reporting requirements. This role requires leadership in schedule baseline management, mentoring junior schedulers, and enforcing best practices across the project.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the full programme schedule from inception through to delivery
* Lead baseline management, monthly schedule updates, and comprehensive schedule reporting
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior schedulers within the team
* Collaborate closely with the Director of Programmes and Client representatives to ensure alignment
* Enforce planning best practices and standards throughout the programme
* Support knowledge transfer and training initiatives for the planning team
* Navigate and integrate complex scheduling tools with overall project controls
Qualifications
* Relevant technical or project management qualifications in engineering, project controls, or related disciplines preferred
