Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils.
* Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those requiring additional support.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
* Maintain strong classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of the primary national curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
