We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team and play a key role in driving member growth through high-performing paid media activity.
Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be hands-on in planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid media campaigns across channels such as Paid Search and Paid Social. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys testing, learning and improving performance in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
The role
What you'll be doing:
* Planning and delivering paid media activity across multiple channels and budgets
* Building and optimising campaigns directly in-platform
* Continuously testing creative, messaging and audiences to improve performance
* Monitoring and optimising campaigns day-to-day to maximise ROI
* Producing clear performance reports and insights for stakeholders
* Exploring new channels, formats and AI-driven ways of working
Required skills and experience
* Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta)
* Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, testing and performance analysis
* Experience using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, platform reporting, dashboards)
* Good knowledge of tracking, tagging and performance measurement
* Data‑driven mindset with a clear focus on results
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
Desired skills and experience
* Experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads
* Agency experience or experience in a subscription or e‑commerce environment
* Exposure to B2B targeting or audience segmentation
* Experience experimenting with automation or AI‑supported workflows
* Confident presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
