Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high quality care across your region
:
Grow and develop the region while driving strong occupancy levels
:
Ensure homes meet company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
:
Support teams with recruitment, training, motivation and performance
:
Build positive links with local authorities and monitor budgets and KPIs effectively
Your skills

Extensive management experience within the care home sector
:
Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills
:
Proven senior leadership experience with a flexible approach
:
NVQ or QCF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent, is desirable
:
Full driving licence and confidence travelling across multiple locations
