The Role:
As our Estimator, you’ll play a key role in pricing and securing exciting commercial fit-out projects. You’ll work closely with our design, project management, and delivery teams to ensure our proposals are competitive, accurate, and aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed scope of work documents and accurate cost estimates for workspace and laboratory fit-outs
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive quotations
* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
* Support bid submissions and client presentations
* Project procurement
About You:
* Proven track record as an estimator in the commercial fit-out industry
* Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and construction processes
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
* Confident communicator with clients, contractors, and colleagues
* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
