PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - MEDICAL GAS
TERRITORY: UK & EUROPE (Will be based in the UK)
£60k+, bonus and benefits

Position Overview:
To develop, manage, and market our global Homecare product range. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and support the overall business strategy. Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
* Develop and execute short-term and medium-term roadmap for Portable, Stationery, connected technology – grounded in market research, customer research and product comparison
* Team with strategic purchasing to keep optimizing sourced products
* Support product lifecycle management, including product enhancements and phase-outs. Compile and manage catalogue of homecare item
* Support developments required by local commercial teams
Marketing & Sales Support:
* Act as global sponsor to drive and unlock growth at top key accounts together with local sales
* Developing marketing materials, product presentations, and technical training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
* Undertake customers visits, attend tradeshows and deliver product presentations
Regulatory & Compliance:
* Open up new markets with support of regulatory team
* Ensure compliance with support of regulatory team
Define the success factors for first 6 months:
* Product development: successful phase in of new product, optimized sourcing for stationery
* Marketing and sales support: successful support for delivery of top accounts
* Regulatory and compliance: strong progress on entering 1-2 new geographic markets
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
* 5 years + of experience in product management (experience in medical devices or healthcare is a plus).
* Experience in portable oxygen concentrators is a plus. Advantage if you have experience in cellular or Bluetooth technology. (especially if it’s telehealth)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Fluency in English is required.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
