We've come a long way, join us to play a key role in the next step of our incredible journey What are we looking for We have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager within the aftersales function. This will be a senior role reporting directly to the head of aftersales with direct responsibility for taking forward ITM's portfolio of aftersales support and services. Responsibilities Working in close collaboration with ITM's executive management and business development teams the role holder will engage directly with ITM's customers and strategic partners to develop and offer a portfolio of value enhancing after sales support and service packages for ITM's electrolyser products leveraging the company's core PEM electrolysis knowhow in order to maximise benefits to ITM's partners and end clients. Due to the international nature of ITM's rapidly developing business, flexible working patterns will be required in order to facilitate client interfaces in different time zones. The role holder may also occasionally need to travel internationally, therefore applicants must have no restrictions on international travel. In this role you will serve as a leader, overseeing day-to-day team management alongside focusing on the long-term interests of the business. You will pursue new business opportunities in order to position ITM Power at the forefront of the electrolyser market regarding its long-term support capabilities.
