Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef in Southampton, you’ll support the Head Chef in all day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining consistently high standards.
10. Support and deputise for the Head Chef across kitchen service
11. Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
12. Assist with menu planning and development as your role grows
13. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
