Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive – Nottingham Area Private Client Team A well‑established and highly regarded law firm is looking to welcome an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive into its busy and growing Private Client team. The Role: You will play a key role within the Wills and Probate department, providing expert advice and support to clients across a range of private client matters. You will manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and well‑resourced environment. The role will include: Probate and estate administration Preparing Wills Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney Delivering clear, empathetic and professional client care throughout Experience in trusts and/or Court of Protection work would be an advantage, although this is not essential. About You: You will be: A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Wills and Probate Experienced in probate and estate administration Confident in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney An excellent communicator with a strong client‑focused approach Well organised and comfortable managing a varied caseload independently What's on Offer?
