Responsibilities
* Execute merchandising, marketing, and product strategies to boost sales performance.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office to deliver brand and business goals.
* Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
* Drive a high-performing team through clear communication and daily floor leadership.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand and service standards.
* Motivate and develop the team to deliver consistent results.
About You
* Minimum 2 years Floor Manager or equivalent experience, preferably from a high street fashion background.
* Commercially minded and analytical with the ability to influence sales through data.
* Comfortable managing both people and product life cycle.
* Previous experience managing large teams of approx. 20 plus.
* Managed a high turnover operation before.
* Passion for fashion and is extremely customer‑oriented.
* Flair for VM, brand standards and training.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, inspirational leader & authentic individual.
