About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role offers that. Late and weekend working are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You will assist with training colleagues, communicate messages in team ‘huddles’, and ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
We will help you develop your skills across different areas, providing opportunities for growth in retail.
