We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients thriving construction business. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist with pricing, tendering, and estimating, while managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Pricing and tender submissions.
Manage estimates and cost plans.
Handle valuations, variations and final accounts.
Ensure projects remain commercially viable and delivered on time.The Role:
Mainly office based in Fareham, with occasional lengthy travel to site.
Quantity Surveyor background in either civils, groundworks, demolition or similar.
Strong knowledge of commercial management and tendering.
Ability to manage projects simultaneously.
