We're working with a respected training provider who are looking to appoint an Apprentice Technical Trainer to deliver the Level 3 Light Vehicle Service Technician apprenticeship. This role is ideal for experienced automotive professionals who enjoy coaching others and want to pass on their technical knowledge. No previous teaching or training experience required. Full training, qualifications and ongoing support will be provided to help you transition successfully into a trainer role. The RoleYou'll be responsible for delivering engaging, practical training to apprentices already working within the automotive industry. Delivery will be workshop-based, supported by structured lesson plans and a modern training environment. Key responsibilities include: Delivering practical and theory-based training to Light Vehicle apprenticesTeaching servicing, diagnostics, fault-finding, repair and maintenance systemsDemonstrating correct workshop practices, tools and proceduresSupporting apprentices with their learning, development and technical understandingPreparing learners for progression and successful completion of their apprenticeshipWorking closely with curriculum and quality teams to maintain high standards Who This Role Is ForThis role is open to experienced technicians coming straight from industry, as well as those already working in training or assessment.
