We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Rogers, Brock and Barker Veterinary Surgeons.
Location: To be based across all of our branches in Stoke-on-Trent
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday with a share in the Weekend rota

About the role:
Day-to-day duties include:
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* Responding to queries via phone, in person, and email
* Registering new clients
* Completing insurance forms
* Dispensing medications
* Processing payments
* Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients arriving at the practice
What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist:
* Previous Receptionist experience is essential; veterinary experience is a plus!
* Ability to travel across multiple sites is necessary
* Resilient with the ability to handle potentially distressing and emotional situations
* Excellent communication skills with strong empathy
* Outstanding customer service experience dealing with the public
* Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management systems
