Natter harnesses the power of AI and video to give everyone a voice. Built by a team of ex-Uber, WeWork and Amazon builders, Natter has selectively hired a team of exited founders, specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members. We are now looking for an additional team hire: a Product Designer. Natter is already being used by some of the world’s largest companies, ranging from big four consultancies like PwC, institutional financial services providers like Legal and General, to technology innovators like Miro. Natter’s conversational AI platform allows tens of thousands of users to simultaneously share ideas and feedback through real-time video conversations. Its uniquely scalable tech allows anyone with a smartphone to, literally, have a say on the most important decisions - ranging from workplace strategy to new product offerings. Product Designer at Natter We’re looking for a Product Designer who can turn messy enterprise workflows and AI-driven outputs into interfaces people actually understand and trust. You’ll work end-to-end across discovery, interaction design, and prototyping, and collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define how our users experience intelligence through design. What you’ll do ● Translate complex user needs and AI-powered product concepts into clear, usable, and elegant interfaces ● Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers, and Data Scientists to prototype and iterate quickly, balancing impact, feasibility, and speed ● Conduct research to uncover user mental models, decision flows, and pain points — especially in data-heavy or analytical contexts ● Map workflows, user journeys, and information architecture that help users trust and act on insights, not just view them ● Design low- to high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, validating ideas through feedback and usability testing ● Bring system thinking into the design process — designing not just screens, but patterns, behaviors, and principles that scale ● Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and speed across products We’d love to hear from you if you… ● Have 4 years of experience designing digital products end-to-end ● Have led design for complex or data-heavy products (e.g. enterprise, analytics, workflow, or AI interfaces) ● Can articulate why a design works as clearly as you can show it ● Are comfortable turning ambiguity into prototypes and hypotheses — not waiting for a perfect brief ● Have experience collaborating in agile or cross-functional environments ● Care about clarity, usability, and the craft of interaction design more than visual polish alone ● Experience leveraging AI tools in the design process Nice to have ● Familiarity with designing AI-driven experiences (e.g., prompt-based systems, generative UX, data visualizations) ● Experience creating design systems or component libraries ● Understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) and how to partner with engineers on implementation ● Experience in running user research ● Background in enterprise software, workflow tools, or B2B platforms What’s In It For You ✈ Quarterly international team offsite Flexible work policy ⛱ Six weeks paid annual leave Company laptop and supporting tech as necessary Mindfulness/meditation sessions for all employees Complimentary daily breakfast and weekly lunch provided In office Dedicated, private office space in Soho, London
