Your future, your role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will:
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders on design, fire strategy, and building control sign-off.
* Ensure projects comply with all regulations, aligned with a clear JCT workflow.
* Design practices for optimal productivity, including decon room design and workflow based on our standards.
* Provide secondary input on smaller growth or refresh projects as needed.
* Manage budgets robustly for ongoing projects following established workflows.
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business pace.
* Manage day-to-day project budgets (CAPEX & OPEX).
* Participate in the CAPEX approval process to ensure stakeholder alignment.
You will have experience:
* Managing multi-site construction projects.
* Knowledge of health and safety, fire regulation, and compliance in construction.
* Understanding of fire strategy and building control requirements.
* Enjoy supporting a team dedicated to helping practices and improving dental care nationwide.
