Monarch Transport Limited are seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our office by supporting various administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
* Processing supplier invoices.
* Raising customer invoices.
* Creating new supplier and customer accounts on our bespoke CRM
* Liaising with suppliers via email and telephone to obtain paperwork.
* Scheduling supplier payments.
* Investigate and conclude supplier queries.
* Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Hours of work are 20 Monday to Friday (can be flexible with days/times)
Salary is £13.00 per hour (paid weekly)
