Overview
The Scheduler will be responsible for proactively managing day-to-day field installation activity and contacting multiple customer sites daily to arrange and schedule visits on behalf of the Field Installation Team. This role is central to ensuring a high volume of site visits are booked efficiently and that all necessary onsite contact information is accurately captured. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Scheduling & Dispatch:
* Proactively call end-customer sites to schedule engineer visits in a timely and effective manner based on KPIs.
* Work Closely to the Field Installation Team.
* Obtain and accurately record key onsite contact information for each scheduled visit.
* Log and schedule site visits, considering engineer availability and geographic location.
* Clearly and accurately communicate appointment details to the end-customer. Communicate expectations and requirements of each visit.
* Update the schedule and internal systems with all booking information and contact details.
* Arrange for a secondary call prior to the visit to reconfirm agreed scheduled time and contact.
Monitoring & Communication:
* Ensure schedule is validated and liaise with the Field Resource Controller to ensure they are notified of the upcoming visits.
* Proactively identify and report any challenges in contacting sites or confirming visit details.
* Receive incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders and manage the call queue effectively.
* Liaise effectively with the programme team.
Administrative Support:
* Accurately input and maintain scheduling data, call notes, and contact information within the company toolset.
* Assist in preparing reports on scheduling activity and call outcomes.
* Confirm appointment details with clients via phone.
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the field operations team.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
