- Position: Senior Civil Drainage Infrastructure Engineer

- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 – Depending On Experience
- Company/Team Size: 300+ employees and 12 people in the civils team
- Projects: Residential, commercial, industrial, schools, hospitals.
Key Responsibilities/Experience:
- Complex Problem Solving: Provide solutions for drainage, civil, and utility engineering challenges.
- Infrastructure Planning and Design skills:
* Develop conceptual drainage schemes.
* Negotiate and secure S104 and S106 agreements with sewerage authorities.
* Interpret and discharge planning conditions related to drainage, highways, and infrastructure.
* Use 3D design software for utility clash detection analysis.
* Develop infrastructure design packages from concept through to construction.
- Software Proficiency:
* Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroDrainage for network modelling in various environments.
-Technical Documentation: Produce technical memos, design reports, and drawings/models.
- Highways Design: Familiarity with UK design standards and experience negotiating S38 and S278 applications.
Required Experience:
- Post-Graduate Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a design consultancy or contracting environment.
- Project Work: Experience in both single and multi-discipline projects, with a preference for those with project management experience.
