* Experience in marketing operations, leadership & team management, CRM tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills

THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
* Develop and lead marketing plans and campaigns across different channels
* Set and manage the yearly marketing budget
* Ensure the brand looks and feels consistent everywhere
* Oversee social media content schedules and check for quality
* Plan and approve email and mail-out campaigns
* Manage and update the CRM system
* Work with external web agencies and manage the relationship
* Look for press opportunities and handle media coverage
* Organise and attend trade shows and events
* Oversee how customer feedback is collected and use the data to gain insights
MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Great communication skills, both written and spoken
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Experience with project management tools (Trello)
* Skilled in using CRM tools
* Marketing degree or similar qualification
