Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Civils Supervisor with strong groundworks and civil engineering experience. You will lead site teams, manage daily operations, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise groundworks and civils crews on-site
Coordinate labour, plant, and materials
Ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance
Act as main on-site contact for management and subcontractors
Read and work from technical drawings and method statements
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe siteRequirements:
Proven experience in groundworks and civil site supervision
Valid CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS
Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
Full UK driving licence
