Job Title: D365 CRM Systems Engineer
Location: UK Remote (Office visits 3–4 times/year)

About the Role
We are looking for a D365 CRM Systems Engineer to join a growing technology team in a fast-paced financial services environment. You’ll design, develop, and maintain custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping the business optimize the platform.
This hands-on role involves development, integrations, reporting, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop Dynamics 365 custom solutions (workflows, forms, plugins).
* Integrate third‑party software using APIs and custom connectors.
* Develop and maintain C# plugins and components.
* Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical solutions.
* Produce SQL‑based reports and support data‑driven decision‑making.
* Contribute to system architecture, performance tuning, and optimization.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot integrated systems.
* Document configurations, processes, and integration protocols.
* Stay updated with Dynamics 365 best practices and emerging technologies.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization and configuration.
* Strong C#/.NET development skills.
* Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integrations.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
* Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Eligible to work in the UK (British, ILR, Settled Status; Tier 2 dependents may be considered).
