WORKING CLEANING SUPERVISOR Salary: £12.71 per hour Working Hours: Permanent, Part Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00 Location: Wath-on-Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7ER Are you a friendly and reliable person with great leadership skills? We want to hear from you. About the Role: As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be the key point of control for the day-to-day cleaning operations. Your leadership will ensure that established standard operating procedures are strictly followed, consistently meeting all service and hygiene standards. Responsibilities: Lead and Coach: Effectively lead, coach, and monitor the cleaning services team, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism. Operational Control: Plan, supervise, and control all daily cleaning activities across the premises. Staff Management: Oversee shift rotas and work patterns, adjusting staff deployment to meet fluctuating operational needs. Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for cleaning-related matters, responding promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and complaints. Hands-on Support: Support the team by assisting with cleaning duties where required, leading by example during busy periods. Creating a clean, safe, healthy and secure environment for people to work in is vital.
