We are seeking an organised and proactive Purchasing Administrator to support a purchasing manager with our client based in Burntwood. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and services are procured efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with production schedules and business growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Order Placement: Accurately raise and place purchase orders in line with production requirements. Expediting Orders: Monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services, promptly resolving delays or issues. Invoice Processing: Prepare and process supplier invoices for submission to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with purchase orders and delivery notes.
