We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join The Hub Property Services team on a fixed-term basis supporting a maternity cover.
Salary: £24,850
Role Overview
The job involves answering inbound calls from residential tenants regarding repairs and estate matters, planning and instructing property compliance servicing, certification, and remedial works for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties within Savills Rural & Projects Division. Additional property management administrative duties are also included.

Team Overview
The team comprises 20 members, including a Head of Property Services, Operations Manager, 2 Service Delivery Managers, a Deputy Service Delivery Manager, a Data Analyst, and 14 Customer Service Advisors based in Peterborough.
