About The Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced, results‑focused Business Development Manager with a passion for new business growth. You bring: Proven experience in a sales or Business Development role, with a demonstrable track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities. Strong new‑business capability, with the confidence and drive to proactively source, qualify and convert prospects. The ability to develop a strong understanding of payment services and clearly explain technical solutions to non‑technical audiences. Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence and build credibility at all levels. A professional, values‑led approach to sales, aligned with allpay’s core values and operating within a regulated environment. A strong ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships, focused on trust, value and sustainable growth. A self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset, with the strategic thinking needed to deliver against ambitious targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage pipeline, reporting and client engagement effectively.
