Offer description

Key Role

Provide general administrative support to departments and senior staff.

Handle sales orders and process them through the system in accordance with company procedures.

Manage incoming calls, emails, the sales inbox, and correspondence professionally and promptly.

Maintain customer training records, send annual reminders, support Spillcraft trainers in booking training with customers, and handle the acknowledgment, completion, and delivery of training certificates.

Conduct booking audits with customers.

Assist with placement of sales orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Collaborate with the sales team and on-site support to ensure high customer service levels and cross-reference customer information within the team.

Take payment information and other pertinent details such as addresses and phone numbers to process orders.

Organize waste collections and bookings.

Set up new site arrangements, including sorting paperwork, application forms, rental agreements, ordering, scheduling with customers, creating labels, obtaining site maps, and setting up audit reports and schedules.

Create, design, and print bespoke labels for customers.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital).

Manage auditing software applications.

Ensure the office environment is professional, organized, and efficient.

Handle all inquiries urgently according to established timelines and processes.

Organize products for re-sellers daily.
