We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a specialized focus on Paid Search. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid search campaigns that drive growth and maximize ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of PPC platforms, analytics, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape. What you'll be doing: Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to meet business objectives. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to maximize reach and relevance. Create compelling ad copy and ensure it aligns with brand messaging and objectives. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and tactics. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Forecast and report on budget expenditure and ensure campaigns remain within allocated budgets. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure paid search efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies. Liaise with other departments, such as sales and product, to align on goals and performance. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and improvements. Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and development in the paid search landscape. Tools and Technology: Utilize various tools and platforms for campaign management and performance analysis, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Moz, and others. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry tools and trends to ensure best practices. What we're looking for: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search. Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Certification in Google Ads and other relevant qualifications is a plus.
