Responsibilities

* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a kitchen management role within the restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team.

* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Previous experience in hospitality is preferred; barista experience is a plus.
