Job Description
Major Players are working with an esteemed creative agency to recruit a dynamic Project Manager to play a pivotal role within their Client Services team. You will act as key liaison between clients, media agencies, external partners, and internal teams, becoming instrumental in delivering a variety of projects across multiple markets and channels.
This role will be a hybrid position, with office days in their Central London offices 50% of the time, with the rest from home.
Responsibilities:
* Create and manage contact reports and timelines.
* Follow internal processes and ensure accountability across all teams.
* Own project status and lead status meetings with clients and external teams.
* Communicate regular project updates, managing expectations for smooth workstream operations.
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Manage internal and external resources to optimise quality and profitability.
* Support Client Services team by interacting with clients and ensuring optimal results.
* Attend and present project deliverable's and plans as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous agency or media partner experience in project management.
* Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience handlng high volumes of assets and requests at one time
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
