We are DAME and we’re building a new kind mission-lead personal care business.
We make award-winning, sustainable period products, and we’re proud to supply everywhere from Holland & Barrett, to Universities, to the NHS, both across the UK and Europe. We’re multi-channel, so our work spans ecommerce, B2B sales, retail, and a healthy dose of mission-driven mischief.
We’re now looking for someone to help us turn interest into action. Someone to chase leads, send smart emails, and keep our brand loud, proud, and visible. You’ll be working directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into active customers, and help make sure our marketing doesn’t sit in the “we’ll do that next week” pile. It’s part sales support, part content coordination, and all about making good things happen without missing an opportunity.
Keep our CRM tidy and moving
~ Help run marketing emails (via Klaviyo or Shopify)
~ Write the occasional blog or update the odd web page
~ Turn things like founder talks or case studies into short, shareable content
~ A junior marketer who gets commercial thinking
~ A freelancer who wants more purpose in your work
~ Writing in a tone that’s human, clear, and doesn’t make people cringe
~ We’re a certified B Corp using business as a force for good
~ You’ll help scale a brand tackling plastic waste, shame, and health inequality
