Sales Assistant – WHSmith
Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours: 8 hours per week, consisting of two 4-hour shifts. Overtime available for cover during holidays, sickness, and peak trading periods.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to uphold our store standards. We want you, our customers, and colleagues to be proud to start and share their journeys with us, whether it’s their first job, first day at school, or first birthday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
2. Carry out stock replenishment, ensuring store areas remain tidy and inviting.
3. Maintain high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they’re looking for easily.
4. Support colleagues as part of a team.
