Curriculum and Planning
* Plan and deliver a broad, balanced and creative curriculum.
* Contribute to curriculum development within the school.
* Ensure learning experiences are inclusive and accessible for all pupils.
* Incorporate opportunities for cross-curricular learning.
Safeguarding and Wellbeing
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people.
* Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Report any safeguarding concerns in line with school procedures.
* Support pupils’ social, emotional and mental well-being.
Conduct
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders.
* Participate in staff meetings, training and professional development.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, clubs or trips where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
* Uphold the values and ethos of the school and Trust.
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
* Communicate effectively about pupils’ progress and wellbeing.
* Contribute to parent meetings, reports and consultations.
* Work with external agencies where required to support pupils.
