Job Summary
We are currently looking to hire a Book-keeper/ Accounts Assistant.
Responsibilities will include:
* Raising of sales invoices from Service Reports
* Processing of all supplier invoices and payment run production
Producing quarterly VAT reports and submissions
* Processing of all bank statements
* Maintaining our Nominal Ledgers
* Payment of monthly payroll (processing done externally)
* Update weekly finance reports for the directors
* Produce monthly Management Accounts
Requirements:
* Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role
* Proficient in using Sage Line 50
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Extremely organized.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Be comfortable working alone
