Responsibilities
* To provide CAD support to the Geospatial team, highly proficient in CAD-based software to aid in the production of detailed dimensional plans, elevations, sections, and survey drawings for:
* Topographical & Terrain Surveys
* Measured Buildings
* Underground Utilities
* Earthworks & Volumetric Survey Analysis
* Photogrammetry & Drone Data
* Use of Point Cloud Data from Laser Scanning / Aerial Mapping
* Provide drafted survey data and accurately produce survey drawings to present to clients or designers
* Ensure drawings comply with company policies & Gridmark QA procedures
* Liaise with other CAD/survey/design team members
* Demonstrate a good understanding of the civil engineering & construction industry
* Demonstrate willingness to learn and understand new surveying software and adapt
* Produce or amend drawings accurately and efficiently according to the specification brief
* Ensure drawings are clear, consistent, and accurate
* Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards and processes by saving drawings in correct locations with proper numbering and following company procedures
Qualifications and Experience
* 1-2 years’ experience (ideally)
* Industry background: Geospatial / Land / Civil / Architectural / Highways
* Drawing experience in Geospatial / Land / Civil / Architectural / Highways
* Drawing experience in drainage / water system designs / MEP AutoCAD & n4ce (essential), Civil 3D & Revit
* Experience applying CAD Standards / Quality Standards
