The Electrical Site Supervisor will work within Zest’s Operations team to oversee the onsite construction of multiple EV projects from conception to completion. Reporting to their line manager, this Supervisor will assist in the smooth delivery of the installations according to our client’s requirements.
This role will require the Supervisor to undertake duties including but not limited to pre‑site surveys ensuring site suitability, supporting the appointed contractor during construction, site inspections and ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to and reported upon.
Our deployment programme is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience from day one.
The role works closely with the lead supervisor & technical delivery managers, as well as contractors, to make our installs happen safely and efficiently.
There will also be a requirement to assist Zest’s Field Service Engineer team with site maintenance and commissioning, for which training will be available.
Due to the nature of the works, travelling to and from various sites will be required; a company vehicle will be provided for work use.
Key Accountabilities
The role is responsible for the following:
* Ensuring safety during on‑site installations and maintenance activity
* Supervising installation of our charge points including site inductions and setting to work
* Liaising with third‑party contractors to deliver high‑quality installations
* Reporting on the progress of sites and installations within the remit
* Site surveys / capable of concept designs & site selection
* Plus, any other duties as required

* BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations and EVCP installation code of practice
