As a E-Mobility Market Manager M/F/X you will report to Business Development Manager in the Sales&Marketing based in Telford for a permanent contract.

You’ll play a key strategic role in launching and promoting our innovative E-Mobility products in the UK. With a strong grasp of market trends, customer needs, and industry drivers, you’ll position our offer to boost visibility and drive sales growth.

What will you do?

Lead impactful product launches – Drive successful eMobility rollouts from market analysis to positioning and adoption.

Enable sales success – Collaborate with Market Areas to deliver tools, training, and messaging that help win customers.

Shape and execute GTM strategy – Own pricing, promotion, and distribution while aligning with business targets and tracking performance.

Turn insights into tailored actions – Use data, customer feedback, and trends to adapt solutions to key segments and evolving needs.

Be the voice of eMobility – Represent Hager Group at key events and position our EVCS offer as the top market choice.

What about you:

Educational background – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.

Proven industry experience – 8–10 years in product management or marketing within the eMobility sector.

Innovation-driven mindset – Comfortable in fast-paced environments, turning market insights into strategic business growth.

Strong communicator – Skilled in influencing ang negotiating with stakeholders across all levels.

Data-driven decision-maker – Sharp analytical skills with a clear focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Multilingual proficiency – Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German are a huge plus
