Job Title: HR Systems Advisor
Location: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust- HR Systems
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Trust Location: Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Longford, Coventry CV6 6NY

What you'll be responsible for:
1. Communicates with HR team members, payroll staff, finance staff, Trust staff
at all levels and third party suppliers.
1. Provides and receives information in both standard as well as complex format.
E.g. Communicates/relays pay and tax information to employees in response
to basic queries, ascertains initial issue information, identifies a solution and
relays fix to the user.
1. Delivers basic HR Systems training to users.
2. Acts as liaison between Trust and third party service provider Teams for basic
queries.
1. Act as first point of contact for users for all HR Systems Team queries.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
Skills:
· Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Communications skills- both verbal and written.
· Excellent telephone manner.
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
· Previous HR experience.
