We’re partnered with a global financial services organization seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile environment, supporting end users across London and EMEA while helping shape the future of endpoint technology.
Role:
* Provide hands-on desktop support (Windows 10/11, M365, AD, iOS/Android, Lenovo/Apple hardware).
* Own and develop the end-user hardware & endpoint roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Present technical evaluations and proposals to senior management.
* Maintain and potentially build ServiceNow dashboards & reports for fleet health and service trends.
* Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents/requests, and support office moves & meeting room setups.
* Liaise with global teams and vendors to drive solutions and improvements.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in corporate desktop support (financial services a plus).
* Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, AD, Intune/MDM, Zoom, Teams, VoIP, Citrix.
* Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (incidents, CMDB, dashboards, reporting).
* Experience with technical evaluations, hardware recommendations and roadmaps
* Ability to present technical proposals to senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence supporting executives/VIPs.
* ITIL background; certification preferred
