Job Description
MCS is proud to partner with a leading Financial Services Consultancy that is experiencing exciting growth. They are hiring an Audit Compliance Associate for their Belfast offices. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering audit and assurance support to the firm's global clients.
This role is suitable for individuals with an audit background in Financial Services or Banking, with extensive regulatory knowledge and client exposure.
Role Responsibilities
1. Providing high-quality compliance work products to clients
2. Managing multiple projects including Information Security, Consumer Duty, Financial Crime, Safeguarding, and more
3. Conducting compliance audits and advising on recommendations for regulatory compliance
4. Collaborating with clients to understand their business and develop regulatory strategies
Candidate Criteria
1. Junior to Mid-level professionals in assurance, audit, or compliance testing within financial services, banking, or fintech
2. Desirable but not essential: Payments or Asset Management industry experience
3. Proven audit experience
4. Client-facing experience or exposure is advantageous
5. Excellent communication skills
