We are delighted to be partnering with one of the Cotswolds’ most distinguished boutique hotels in their search for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead their newly refurbished dining room.
Working alongside a Michelin-trained Head Chef, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire a passionate team, refine service standards, and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of this ambitious and beautifully restored restaurant.

1. £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
2. Live-in accommodation available (£100 per week)
3. Leading a newly transformed restaurant with fresh décor and strong ambitions
4. Collaborating with a Michelin-trained Head Chef to elevate culinary and service standards

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
6. Taking full ownership of the restaurant’s operation: guest service, team leadership, and day-to-day performance
7. Driving service excellence in a refined, luxury environment
8. Supporting menu launches and collaborating closely with the Head Chef on guest experience and culinary standards
9. Contributing to the continuous improvement of dining service, ambience, standards and processes
10. Exhibiting strong commercial awareness, guest expectation management and operational leadership
