This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a busy project environment within one of the UK's most highly regulated sectors.Working closely with project managers and operational teams, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring compliance records, training documentation, project paperwork, and general administration are maintained to the highest standard.The RoleAs an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of project activities across the Sellafield site. This is a varied position requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Maintaining and updating SQEP (Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel) packs, including monitoring subcontractor complianceTracking competency, training requirements, and certification renewals for project personnelCoordinating site-specific training, inductions, and mandatory coursesLiaising with training providers, HR, and management teams to arrange training activitiesMaintaining accurate digital and physical training recordsScheduling meetings and coordinating diaries for project personnelTracking actions arising from meetings and following up on outstanding tasksAssisting with the preparation, updating, and organisation of project documentationSupporting the production of reports, compliance documents, and submission packsMaintaining version control and structured filing systemsProcessing purchase orders, timesheets, expenses, and general project administrationActing as an administrative point of contact for the project team and supporting wider business functionsThe Ideal Candidate Previous administration experience within a similar roleExperience working on Sellafield projects would be highly advantageousValid P4 Pass holder is essentialStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePointAble to work with confidential and compliance-sensitive documentationProactive, reliable, and able to work independently using their own initiativeWhat's on Offer Fixed-term contract for up to 12 monthsPart-time hours across three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)Immediate start availablePredominantly site-based role at SellafieldOpportunity to join a well-established project team within a highly regulated industryVaried and rewarding position with long-term project exposureIf you are an experienced administrator with a valid P4 Pass and are looking for your next opportunity within the Sellafield environment, we would love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
