The Role
As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, sourcing high-quality industrial candidates, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is a 360 role, requiring a hands-on approach from business development through to candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement
* Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and our internal database
* Meeting and exceeding targets
* Providing outstanding service to clients and candidates alike
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment (industrial sector preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive and ambitious approach
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
* Knowledge of the Dudley industrial sector is a bonus
