The Role
Property Paralegals, this is a standout opportunity to join a top ranked Rural Property team as a Paralegal and gain hands‑on experience on complex Rural matters in the heart of Aberdeenshire.
You’ll work closely with experienced Solicitors and Partners who are leaders in their field, gaining exposure to a broad range of property work including estate management, land transactions, agricultural tenancies and renewable energy projects.
Play a vital role in supporting on complex transactions from instruction through to completion, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and develop your expertise in one of Scotland's most specialist practice areas.
The Work
* Assisting solicitors with drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documentation related to rural land and property transactions.
* Managing elements of sales, purchases, leases, and servitudes for estates, farms, and rural developments.
* Conducting title reviews, searches, and due diligence to support high-value transactions.
* Liaising directly with clients, surveyors, and external parties to progress matters efficiently.
* Supporting the wider team on renewable energy and sustainability projects across Scotland.
Your Experience
* Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Rural Property, Real Estate, or Commercial Property.
* A strong understanding of Scottish property law and an interest in rural and agricultural matters.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and drafting skills.
* A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
